1. General Terms

By using Notulen AI services (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Service Description

Notulen AI provides AI-powered automated meeting note services, including:

• Bots that join Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meetings.
• Automatic transcription in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Meeting note generation with summaries, decisions, and action items.
• Automatic delivery of meeting notes to participants by email.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• One account may only be used by one individual or organization according to the selected package.

4. Payment and Packages

• The service is offered in packages based on recording hours.
• Payments are per package, not monthly subscriptions.
• Unused recording hours do not expire and can be used later.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Record meetings without the consent of all participants, where required by law.
• Engage in illegal activity or violate the rights of others.
• Misuse, damage, or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.

6. Content Ownership

• You retain full rights to recordings, transcripts, and meeting notes generated from your meetings.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Limitations

• Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and internet connection.
• The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, with prior notice when possible.
• We do not guarantee 100% availability at all times.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• After termination, you can still download your data for 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notulen AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through notifications in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably and, if unresolved, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
